Guided wave radar level gauge/material level gauge (VEGAFLEX 61)
■Measurement principle:
The new VEGAFLE60 series sensor imported from Germany is used for precise measurement of the level of solid or liquid media. The principle is to send extremely short microwave pulses along a steel cable, rod, or casing. When the microwave signal contacts a solid or liquid medium, a portion of the energy is reflected back. The VEGAFLEX60 series guided wave radar sensor can measure the microwave operating time with high accuracy through special radar scanning technology, thereby calculating the distance between the sensor and the medium. Due to its simple measurement principle, VEGAFLEX level gauges/level gauges/level gauges can be adjusted without material, thus saving a lot of debugging costs. The measuring cable or rod can be shortened to make it more suitable for on-site applications.
Not sensitive to changes in dust, steam, and medium density
Even in environments with strong dust, smoke, noise, and steam, measurement accuracy is not affected. Changes in medium density, particle size, and even liquefaction will not affect measurement accuracy. When the gravel layer changes from dry to wet, it will not affect the measurement.
Not affected by adhesive media
The adhesive medium on the measuring probe or container wall will not affect the measurement results.
Easy installation and debugging
If a coaxial sleeve type VEGAFLEX guided wave radar level gauge/level gauge/level gauge is used, the measurement is completely unaffected by the installation of objects inside the container, such as heating tubes or supports. No special debugging is required.
